Enrollment and Forms

1. If you have any previous assessments or tutoring records we would be happy to review them.
2. You will be charged a one-time curriculum and enrollment fee on your first invoice.

Your student will be administered nationally standardized assessments which have been approved for consideration for enrollment in MNPS Academic Magnet Schools programs. Please review the following information regarding expectations and reporting.

• Due to assessment requirements, each student can only be tested once within a 12-month period.
• The assessment appointment is allotted 1.5 hours. The amount of time a student takes to complete the assessment varies, but typically takes about an hour. Please wait in our lobby or parking lot for your student to finish. 
• After completion of the assessment, you will receive your student’s results via the email you provided by 11:59 pm on the day of testing. 
• It is at your discretion to share these results with the program to which you are applying. Learning Matters does not send scores directly to any programs.
• Please note that acceptance into any program is solely determined by the organization to which you are applying. Learning Matters provides you the assessment report but does not offer further interpretation or have any influence over the acceptance process.
• A copy of your student’s results will be saved on our server for one year following the assessment.
